LOS ANGELES, CA  [Tuesday Aug.14.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo has announced that he's planning to publish his private journals.

The singer doesn't have a publishing deal just yet, but his literary agent David Vigliano is on the task, reports NME.com.

Weezer fans can expect a new record next year. The band wrote on Weezer.com: "Weezer is just polishing up a batch of songs for a recording session that I going to start at the beinning of July. This will be the final recording session for our 6th album, which we aim to put out in the final half of 2008."
