LAS VEGAS, NV  [Wednesday Aug.8.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Amy Winehouse Kanye West, Foo Fighters, Fall Out Boy, Lily Allen, Chris Brown and Timbaland are all slated to perform at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards, which will air live from Las Vegas on September 9th.

Nominees for this year's awards were revealed Tuesday, August 7th.

JT and Beyoncé lead the pack with 7 nods each, Kanye West and Rihanna were tapped for 5, and Winehouse earned three.

The Video of the Year category has named Timberlake's "What Goes Around...Comes Around," Beyonce's "Irreplacable," "Stronger" from Kanye West" Justice with "D.A.N.C.E." and "Umbrella" from Rihanna.

Timberlake's has also been nominated for Male Artist of the Year, Most Earthshattering Collaboration (with Timbaland) and Quadruple Threat of the Year. Beyoncé is competing in the Female Artist of the Year category, as well as Most Earthshattering Collaboration (for "Beautiful Liar" with Shakira) and Quadruple Threat of the Year.
