LOS ANGELES, CA  [Friday Aug.3.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- 30 Seconds To Mars' Jared Leto was caught between a rock and a hard place when he was forced to choose between an acting role ond going on tour with his band.

And not just any acting role either. Clint Eastwood wanted to cast the star in the critically-acclaimed film "Flags Of Our Fathers."

Leto says the decision was tough but he's learned to live with it. He said "Clint Eastwood is one of my heroes, but making a choice like that is a good problem to have."
