NASHVILLE, TN  [Thursday Aug.2.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- At the Saturday night Soul2Soul 2007 tour show at the Lafayette, Louisiana Cajun Dome, a female fan boldly groped Tim McGraw as he left the stage to greet fans.

According to AP, the woman grabbed McGraw in the crotch, and Faith Hill was quick to publicly berate the woman from the stage, calling her actions disrespectful.

"Someone needs to teach you some class, my friend," Hill said. It wasn¹t long afterward that video clips of Faith¹s action hit the internet on YouTube and TMZ. What you see in the clip is that even male fans were cheering Faith on as she stood by her man.

Also, 99.9 FM KTDY confirms, "Within an hour, that video made it around the world," said C.J. Clement, who hosts a morning talk show with longtime partner, Debby Ray. On Monday, female callers supported Hill's decision to confront the woman, Clement said. "Most said they were embarrassed this happened in Lafayette," he said. "They sided totally with Faith defending her man, standing her ground."
