LOS ANGELES, CA  [Wednesday Aug.1.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Snow Patrol keyboardist Tom Simpson has missed yet another court appearance on charges of cocaine posession, reports Starpulse.com.

Simpson was already arrested on July 7th for missing his first hearing shortly after performing at the London leg of Live Earth.

He was supposed to appear at the Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday, but was a no-show. Hopefully, the star's current legal trouble won't affect the band's headlining gig in August at England's V Festival.
