NASHVILLE, TN  [Monday Jul.16.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- According to Pollstar, there's no female country artist doing better business on tour in America during 2007 so far than, Martina McBride, and she's second only overall to Gwen Stafani.

McBride strongly represents the country genre as one of the Top 5 touring acts, following only Kenny Chesney, The Rowdy Frynds Tour (Hank Williams Jr. and Lynyrd Skynyrd), and Brad Paisley.

"It was great when I heard I was the only female touring act in the Top 10," says McBride. "But being in the company of Gwen Stefani isn't the worst Thing that could happen! We really went all out with this tour and I'm excited about how it has been received."
