ST. LOUIS, MO  [Wednesday Jul.11.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- A couple of Beyonce fans were injured during a St Louis concert on Sunday July 8th when pyrotechnics accidentally shot into the crowd.

According to the Associated Press, the fans were taken to Barnes-Jewish Hospital with minor injuries. But ever the class-act, Miss Knowles paid a visit to the pair in the emergency room after the concert ended.

Says head nurse Darryl Williams, "She was worried and wanted to make sure they were doing ok," and added, "I just thought it was a great thing for someone of her stature to do."
