RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL  [Tuesday Jul.3.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Pharrell Williams, Lenny Kravitz and Macy Gray are set to headline the Rio de Janeiro leg of Live Earth.

The concert, which will take place at Copacabana Beach, is the only branch of the festival which is completely free and open to the public, reports EURweb.com.

The 24 hour, worldwide event will begin in Sydney, Australia and continue across all seven continents with concerts in Tokyo, Japan; Shanghai, China; Johannesburg, South Africa; Hamburg, Germany; London, United Kingdom; and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with the finale set for New Jersey's Giants Stadium.
