BEVERLY HILLS, CA  [Thursday Jun.21.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- According to the The New York Post, Nicole Richie has been spotted wearing an engagement ring from Good Charlotte's Joel Madden, and rumors are swirling that she may be pregnant.

The sighting occured at the Yves Saint Laurent Pool Party benefit in Beverly Hills on Thursday. Both Madden and Richie were there, and according to a source, Madden was "overly attentive to her - keeping his arm around her all night - and repeatedly asked her if she was OK." The couple also refused all alcohol.

As far as the ring goes, the source said, "It was one big rock surrounded by more diamonds."
