LOS ANGELES, CA  [Monday Jun.18.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Word is Eminem may be releasing tracks trashing singer Mariah Carey.

According to Ok! magazine, Carey is furious and has tried to block the songs from being released.

A source told the mag, "There is more than one track that goes into really specific, intimate detail about what went on between Em and Mariah."

"Mariah wishes she could sue Eminem for slander. But it's his freedom of speech."

The rapper claims the two had a brief affair back in 2001, but Carey has denied the relationship. In an interview with Playboy magazine, the singer said, "Something is clearly askew with him. I'm curious as to why he's so obsessed with me."
