FISHKILL, NY  [Monday Jun.11.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- The Akon fan-tossing saga continues.

The 15 year-old that Akon threw off the stage at a recent KFEST concert managed to leave the venue unharmed, but as for the woman he landed on...not so much.

The female fan is now asking Akon to apologize and has hired a laywer, reports SOHH.com.

Abby Rosa of Delaware County said she got a headache immediately after the incident, accompanied soon by blurry vision. She was later diagnosed with a concussion. Unfortunately, Rosa doesn't have any health insurance.

Rosa told the Poughkeepsie Journal, "Somebody is at fault and it's not my fault." She added, "I definitely want an apology from Akon."
