LOS ANGELES, CA  [Wednesday May.16.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Kanye West is getting ready to release his latest project,
"Graduation" this September.

The highly-anticipated album will act as a follow-up to the critically-acclaimed "Late Registration," which was released back in 2005.

The album is his third with Def Jam, and features Coldplay's Chris Martin on the tracks "Homecoming" and "Can't Tell Me Nothing."

In the meantime, Kanye will be performing at Princess Diana's Memorial Concert in London July 1st, as well as the US leg of "Live Earth" on July 7th.
