LOS ANGELES, CA  [Friday May.4.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Contactmusic.com reports that Justin Timberlake may soon be writing Country music.

The "What Goes Around" star has indicated that he'd like to mix elements of Country and Hip-Hop together, creating a fusion of the two genres.

He said, "I want to write country music, because that's where I grew up - Tennessee. Soul music... I want to be involved in hip hop."

Timberlake added that he also may be taking a break from the limelight, saying, "I've had a good share of the spotlight. I don't feel like I need too much of it right now."

"To write for myself, I definitely have to recharge my battery."
