Beyonce's "B'day" Is Back
Deluxe album on market minus one track

by Laura Katz

Beyonce Knowles
LOS ANGELES, CA  [Tuesday May.1.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Beyonce Knowles will be putting the deluxe edition of "B'day" back on the market, even while being sued by Des'ree for copyright infringement.

According to SOHH.com, the superstar will be re-releasing the record, but this time, minus the track that first started all the hubbbub, "Still In Love (Kissing You)." Knowles was accused of recording the cover song without proper clearance.

Sony BMG has said that the original deluxe disc is no longer available and that replacement albums will be going out soon.

Beyonce could be forced to pull the plug on the entire project. We'll know more after the preliminary injunction hearing on May 4.
