Star says he wrote track with a banjo and a drum machine

by Neil Haislop

Keith Urban
NASHVILLE, TN  [Wednesday Apr.25.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- No doubt one of the songs Keith Urban is playing across the pond in Europe this week will be his newly released single, "I Told You So," the second release from is Love, Pain and the whole crazy thing CD.

Keith tells us it took him six months to record the album, even sticking to it during the lucrative summer touring season. Regarding "I Told You So," he says he wrote the song with the help of simple studio machine,

"Yea, I wrote this on a banjo and drum machine and it seems to be a good combination for me, I love playing banjo. This, actually this banjo part's more kind of almost like a Dixieland band kind of, you know, more rhythmic banjo playing not so much of the picking..."
