LOS ANGELES, CA  [Friday Apr.20.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Hecklerspray.com reports that Beyonce is being sued by Des'ree for not getting proper clearance before recording a cover of the Des'ree's track "Kissing You."

The song is on the special edition release of Beyonce's album B-Day, and appears as "Still In Love (Kissing You)"

Des'ree is seeking $150,000 in damages and wants to pull the plug on distribution of the song, video and album.
