Teenmusic.com reports that the singer was performing in New York when she spotted a fan in the audience sobbing. Allen spoke to the tearful young woman and said, "Are you really f**king crying? Are you serious?"

Allen then switched gears and said to the audience,
"You're crying because you're so happy to be here? This has never happened before! I want more crying fans! Everyone cry! You can be my best friend now, so long as you just follow me around and cry."
