SEATTLE, WA.  [Thursday Apr.5.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Panic! At The Disco, The Shins and Wu-Tang Clan have signed up to perform at the Bumbershoot Music & Arts Festival this September in Seattle.

Crowded House, Devendra Banhart, Gogol Bordello and Kill Hannah are also on the bill, with more acts to be announced soon.

Tickets are available online at Bumbershoot.org. Three-day passes are $75, and one-day tickets are $30. In additon to the music, the almost four-decade old festival features three comedy stages, films, art exhibits, kids programs, and dance and theatre performances.
