LOS ANGELES, CA [Wednesday Mar.21.2007] /Mix103FM.com/ -- Grammy-winning band OK Go is ready to get back into the studio, but can't seem to find the time with their heavy touring schedule.
The band is currently opening for Snow Patrol, and will then support The Fray from June 11th to July 1st.
Frontman Damian Kulash told Billboard.com, "We've been writing on the road, but we find that a lot of what we write on the road sounds like covers of ourselves, like us trying to do that thing that OK Go does as opposed to a more honest reflection of something within."
But there's light at the end of the tunnel. Ok Go is planning to take the summer off to write new songs, and there's word that they may hit the studio in Sweden with "Oh No" producer Tore Johansson.
