LOS ANGELES, CA  [Monday Mar.12.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Snow Patrol has recorded a new track for the "Spider-Man 3" soundtrack.

Frontman Gary Lightbody isn't sure where the song "Signal Fire" will be featured in the film, but he and the rest of the band are just happy to be associated with the franchise.

He said, "Signal Fire will be featured in the trailers and the movie itself. It may only appear over the end credits, but hey, it's Spidey!"
