LOS ANGELES, CA  [Thursday Jan.25.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Gnarls Barkley's Cee-lo Green and Fall Out Boy's Patrick Stump are taking part in a songwriting panel on February 10th at the Key Club in Los Angeles.

The BMI/L.A. Times-sponsored event is called How I Wrote That Song, and it's being held in conjunction with the Grammys, which are scheduled for the next day at the Staples Center.

Other members of the panel include Sean Garrett, who's written for Ciara and Usher, and producer Dallas Austin, who's worked with the likes of Aretha Franklin, Madonna and Gwen Stefani.
