LOS ANGELES, CA  [Monday Jan.22.2007]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Coldplay's Chris Martin and Kanye West have collaborated on "Homecoming," which will appear on West's forthcoming album "Graduation."

Jon Brion, who worked with West on "Late Registration," will also be featured on the record. The rapper told Billboard, "We'll be working together again on the new project. Jon wasn't just a producer - he was such a good friend and a great person to bounce ideas off in the studio. It was the whole experience."

Kanye has also recently teamed up with Fall Out Boy on a remix of their song "This Ain't A Scence, It's An Arms Race."
