"THE KINGDOM" TRAILER HITS THE WEB FEATURING TIM McGRAW McGraw's next film project is a role in the Universal film "The Kingdom". From Peter Berg, the director of "The Rundown" and "Friday Night Lights." "The Kingdom" is a terrorism-fused dramatic thriller starring Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Garner, Chris Cooper, Jason Bateman and Jeremy Piven.

The film centers on a team of U.S. counter-terrorism investigators set out to find the perpetrators behind a deadly attack on Americans in a Middle Eastern country. In order to work through the bureaucracy and cultural hostility, the team enlists a local police officer, but still find itself target for the terrorists. McGraw makes a brief appearance in the trailer which has been supplied to various sites, including Yahoo! Movies.

Note: Tim appears in two scenes of the exciting and provocative trailer, at a baseball game, looking shocked as a terrorist attack begins on an American compound in Saudi Arabia, and later in the trailer he's shouting emotionally at somebody to "Look around!" at the aftermath. The film hits theaters on April 20th 2007.
