NEW YORK, NY  [Friday Dec.15.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Evanescence singer Amy Lee and The Cure joined rock band Korn onstage for an MTV Unplugged special in New York City's Times Square.

The episode will stream on February 10th at MTV.com and will air on MTV February 17th.

It's also been announced that Korn's drummer, David Silveria, will be taking a temporary leave of absence. He said of his departure, "I just need a break right now."

Korn's new album is set to be released in June, with a U.S. tour to follow.
