NEW YORK, NY  [Thursday Dec.7.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Panic! At The Disco will help ring in 2007 with a special live concert event.

The band will join roughly 250,000 fans in New York City's Times Square this New Year's Eve for the hour-long show, which will be hosted by Carson Daly.

According to NBC, the band will perform "atop all the action" and be brought live into about 20 million homes via four different TV stations, as well as NBC.com
