LOS ANGELES, CA  [Tuesday Oct.24.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Studio execs have been promoting the movie "Dreamgirls," for months now, long before its December 22nd release date.

The highly-anticipated film is based on the story of legendary girl-group The Supremes, and features an ensemble cast with Beyonce Knowles, Jamie Foxx, Eddie Murphy, Danny Glover and American Idol's Jennifer Hudson.

Beyonce will help support the film by releasing the soundtrack single "Listen," which is set to drop November 14th. The entire album will be available December 5th, but in case that's not soon enough, the track "One Night Only" is available from iTunes, as are tracks from the original Broadway performance.
