LOS ANGELES, CA  [Wednesday Oct.18.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- It sounds too good to be true, but in this case, the old addage definitely does not apply - Gnarls Barkley and the Red Hot Chili Peppers are planning to combine forces for an upcoming tour.

Though specific dates have yet to be announced, it is reported that Red Hot Gnarls Barkley will be heading off for the three-month arena tour in early 2007.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers are currently up for an MtvU Woodie Award, and Gnarls Barkley has a deluxe edition of "St Elsewhere" coming out November 7th.
