The Billboard Touring Awards given out in New York City at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City, Nov. 8th, honor the concert industry's top artists and professionals for the year, based on the Billboard Boxscore chart. The awards are based on actual box office performance from December 1, 2005 to September 30, 2006.
