LOS ANGELES, CA  [Wednesday Oct.11.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Keane frontman Tom Chaplin is going back on tour this month after checking himself into rehab this past August.

The singer entered a drug program following a difficult battle with alcohol and cocaine, forcing the band to cancel a major portion of their tour. Bandmates and crew have vowed to do all they can to keep Chaplin from having a relapse.

A close source said, "Tom's made remarkable progress since he took the courageous step of facing up to his demons and everyone is proud of him. No one wants to see him slip up.
The whole touring family will keep a very close eye on Tom so no temptation can come close to him."
