CHICAGO, IL  [Thursday Oct.5.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Beyonce and Tina Knowles had a big day last week.

Mother and child were in Chicago for the opening of the first House Of Dereon boutique. The ladies were also on hand for Macy's Glamorama fashion event, set to feature the line's runway show.

But things didn't go exactly as planned. Mama Tina got a little uppity after her child was faced with some hard questions about Dereon. Dorothy Tucker, a consumer reporter, asked Beyonce about some manufacturing problems with the line, citing examples to back up the hefty accusations.

That's when Tina jumped in, saying, "Why would you …quot; wait, wait, wait …quot; we're going to cut that off. Why would you do that? You're here to interview us about the clothes, in a positive light."

The reporter kept going with her line of questioning, but was cut off by Tina once again. "Yeah, but I don't want to talk about that on the air."
