Soul 2 Soul II Highlights
McGraw: "There were so many great moments this year."

by Neil Haislop

Tim McGraw
NASHVILLE, TN  [Tuesday Sep.19.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Earlier this month Nashville IQ exclusively broke the story of the record-setting success of the McGraw-Hill, Soul2Soul II tour (biggest grossing country tour in history, currently the top grossing tour of North
American all genre), plus IQ provided the first reports of the the tour's biggest show (3 nights in Los Angeles' Staples Center), and the smallest show of the tour (the after hours Whisky a Go Go benefit show in L.A.).

At both shows there were high profile celebrity sightings.
They include, Tom Hanks and Reese Witherspoon, plus Reba McEntire on stage at the Whisky. And, of course, Don Juan, the real monkey in Vegas still has the band and crew laughing.

"There were so many great moments this year," said Tim McGraw. "New Orleans stands out. And certainly singing with Tony Bennett at Madison Square Garden in New York was right there." Tim joins Tony on his Duets album due
in stores September 26 - they revised the Hank Williams classic "Cold, Cold Heart."
