Gnarls Barkley Takes On Paris
Fake Hilton album finds its way into stores
by Laura Katz

LONDON, UK [Wednesday Sep.6.2006] /Mix103FM.com/ -- Altered copies of Paris Hilton's album are being secretly placed in stores around Britain. All eyesare on a DJ named Banksy, known for his grafitti art and for his work with Gnarls Barkley.
Changes were made to the album cover as well as the track listings. Paris' mug was replaced by her pooch, and the tracks were written as questions such as "Why Am I Famous?" The beats were also changed to snuff out the album's poppy feel.
The CD credits attribute the work to Banksy and Dangermouse, and have achieved collector status.
