Reading Festival Mishap
Urie used for target practice

by Laura Katz

Panic! At The Disco
BERKSHIRE, ENGLAND  [Tuesday Aug.29.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Panic! At the Disco's Brendan Urie collapsed onstage during a set at the Reading Festival after he was hit in the face by a bottle thrown from the audience. Members of the band and tour staff gathered around the ailing singer until he was able to stand up.

The group then picked it up right where they left off, with Urie shouting "You can't take me out," and added "Let's see how well you guys do with my left side."

The Reading Festival is known for hosting a rough crowd who isn't afraid to make it known when they think a band's not up to snuff. A similar incident happened in '04 to 50 cent.
