LOS ANGELES, CA  [Tuesday Aug.29.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Flea takes to the big screen once again in a new film about the birth of the 80's punk scene , which comes out September 22nd. Word is the film will highlight bands such as Bad Brains and Black Flag, both of whom are widely considered to have been among the parents of punk rock.

The doc also theorizes that many modern bands wouldn't be around today had it not been for the short but powerful movement.
