Gnarls Barkley - European Show Cancellations
August 24th 2006

It is with great regret, Gnarls Barkley has had to cancel their appearance at next weekend's Electric Picnic festival at the last moment. Due to non-stop performances for the last 3 months, Cee-Lo has put a great strain on his vocal chords and has been advised to cancel his next 5 shows or risk having more extensive problems. The band are still due to return to Europe in November for a series of radio and television appearances, and it's hoped that these can still go ahead. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to make up these 5 dates ASAP.

The promoters of Electric Picnic are hugely disappointed and are working to find a replacement but due to touring schedules and the short time scale it is proving difficult.
