Keane charity auction on eBay to benefit War Child.
LOS ANGELES, CA [Wednesday Jul.26.2006] /Mix103FM.com/ -- Keane is doing its part to help children affected by war.
The band has donated an autographed drumhead to an online charity auction to raise funds for War Child International Network, a non-profit organization that helps children affected by conflicts around the world.
According to the band's
official website, the auction is now underway at eBay and features a drumhead used by Keane drummer Richard Hughes. Richard and his bandmates, Tom Chaplin and Tim Rice-Oxley, all signed the drum that is up for auction.
