NEW YORK, NY  [Wednesday Jun.14.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- Beyonce tops Spin Magazine's list of the "25 Hottest Stars Under 25."

The 24-year-old singer and actress graces Spin's July cover and sits for an interview with the magazine. Beyonce talks about her forthcoming album "B-Day," playing Deena Jones in the movie "Dreamgirls," how she handles being a celebrity, and how she likes to relax (she love boats).

Other musicians making Spin's 25 Under 25 list include Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner, Kelly Clarkson, Panic! At the Disco singer Brendon Urie, Christina Milian, rapper Lupe Fiasco, emo troubadour Max Bemis, Lindsay Lohan, and Juelz Santana.
