Carey and Blige are just a few of the many stars who joined Oprah in honoring 25 legendary African-American women who have paved the way for others.

During the one-hour TV special, Oprah shares her memories, candid celebrity interviews and intimate behind-the-scenes moments from this historic event that included a luncheon, a glamorous white-tie ball and a heart-bursting gospel brunch.
