The Associated Press reports that the rapper agreed to pay a 20,0000 settlement to a photographer who claims to have been beaten up by Nelly's bodyguards.

The incident allegedly occurred at Nelly's concert on April 12, 2005, where photographer Jerry Livingston was taking pictures. The suit claimed that Nelly's bodyguards dragged Livingston to the side of the stage, where they beat him multiple times. The bodyguards allegedly believed that the photographer was illegally videotaping the concert.
