NASHVILLE, TN  [Friday Apr.21.2006]  /Mix103FM.com/ -- "Nashville Star" will kick off episode seven with an opening performance by country music superstar Hank Williams, Jr., and Scott Weiland and Duff McKagen of the rock band Velvet Revolver will sit in as guest judges, it was announced this week by Libby Hansen, USA Network's VP of Alternative Series and Specials.

Episode seven will broadcast live on Tuesday, April 25th, at 10:00 pm ET on USA Network.

"When we booked the infamous Bocephus a few weeks ago, we laughed about having to implement a five second delay," jokes Hansen. "Add Weiland and McKagen giving unedited advice to our contestants, and it's enough to make any network executive a little nervous. There is no question it will be an exciting and unpredictable episode!"
