Nine Inch Nails, Pink, Now 21, Gorillaz among new releases.
LOS ANGELES, CA [Tuesday Apr.4.2006] /Mix103FM.com/ -- Nine Inch Nails, Pink and the Gorillaz are among the artists releasing new CDs and DVDs today, April 4th.
Nine Inch Nails offers the EP, "Every Day Is Exactly The Same," which includes the hit single of the same name, plus five remixes of songs from the band's latest album, "With Teeth."
Pink is back with her fouth studio CD "I'm Not Dead," and the set features the song "Stupid Girls" and "Dear Mr. President" with special guests the Indigo Girls.
In compilation news, "Now That's What I Call Music! Vol. 21" is available today. The latest installment of the popular "Now!" series includes 20 chart-topping tunes by artists such as Mariah Carey, Nelly, Nickelback, Pussycat Dolls, Natasha Bedingfield, T-Pain, Fall Out Boy, Cascada, the Gorillaz, and many more.
Speaking of the Gorillaz, the world's best animated cartoon band releases their "Gorillaz: Demon Days - Live At Manchester" DVD today. The DVD captures the Gorillaz live "tribute" show at the Manchester Opera House last November, when Gorillaz co-creator Damon Albarn performed the entire "Demon Days" album with guests De La Soul, Shaun Ryder, and Roots Manuva.
Other artists with new CDs out today include Morrissey (Ringleader of the Tormentors), Blue October ("Foiled"), Rascal Flatts ("Me and My Gang"), Placebo ("Meds"), and the Flaming Lips ("At War with the Mystics").
